Our five guarantees
Rent Payments — if part of the rent hasn't arrived, we don't charge our fee on the missing amount until it does. No vacancy fees.
Tenant Upgrade — if a tenant we placed is removed within the first 12 months for reasons other than payment, we waive the leasing fee for the replacement.
Peace of Mind — not happy within the first year, after six months to prove ourselves? Take your property back and we refund half a month's management fee.
Satisfaction — after the first 12 months, cancel any time with 60 days' written notice.
Rental Period — no committed tenant within 31 days of availability? No management fee for the first month for that space (student rentals exempted).
How you get paid
Rent is collected from every tenant and deposited to your virtual Owner Account. Approved bills are paid through the month, your balance is transferred electronically by the 25th, and you receive a full report with every receipt and invoice.
