Olympic Property Partners is a hands-on property management company caring for student, residential and commercial rentals in the Hamilton-Wentworth and Waterloo-Wellington regions of Southwestern Ontario, and in Pictou County, Nova Scotia.
Who we are
We work for two groups of people at once: the owners who invest in rental property, and the tenants who make those properties their homes. Our job is to run each building as if it were our own — keeping it full, well maintained and profitable for its owner — while finding great tenants and keeping them happy where they live.
It takes a particular kind of team to balance those two goals. We are proud to be that team.

Residential — apartments, suites and family homes, from budget-friendly units to premium suites.

Our promise to property owners
Five management guarantees put our fees where your results are:
Rent Payments — no fee on rent that hasn’t arrived, and no vacancy fees.
Tenant Upgrade — if a tenant we placed must leave in the first year for reasons other than payment, the replacement leasing fee is on us.
Peace of Mind — not satisfied in year one, after giving us six months? Take your property back and we refund half a month’s fee.
Satisfaction — after twelve months, cancel any time with 60 days’ written notice.
Rental Period — no committed tenant within 31 days and we waive that space’s first month of management fees.
If you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid.
